Ca' del Bosco Still Life Collection

Project 03 Commercial, Photography Dal 2019

Since 2019 I have shot all of Ca' del Bosco's still life photography: the bottles, Annamaria Clementi, the Limited Edition gift boxes, the accessories and the collector's items. Work built on the precision of light, on reflections and materials; post-production is handled by the Propaganda3 team.

Ca' del Bosco is a client of Propaganda3, the agency I have worked with for many years: I led the project from within the agency.

Context

Since 2019 I have been shooting still life photography for Ca’ del Bosco through Propaganda3. A collaboration built on continuity, care and consistency, where every new product joins a visual language that is already established.

The substance of light

In glass, every reflection tells something. Light is not there to illuminate the product, but to define its volume, separate its materials and make readable the details that would otherwise stay hidden.

Two languages, one identity

Images for e-commerce favour neutrality and precision. Editorial ones look for atmosphere and presence. The language changes; the rigour with which the product is observed does not.

Beyond the bottle

The story also includes gift boxes, accessories, presentation packs and the objects that accompany the wine. Different elements, approached with the same attention to materials, proportions and visual consistency.

Details

Photography is not always about adding something. Sometimes it simply means letting light reveal what the project already holds.

Process

Every project starts from a simple question: which detail truly tells the story of this object?

The light is built to follow the surfaces without overpowering them. Some reliefs are almost invisible to the naked eye and need a very fine balance between reflection and shadow to come through naturally.

Working on these products means slowing down. Watching how the glass behaves, adjusting small details, moving the light a few millimetres until material, label and form start to talk to each other.
